MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

GENERAL

DollarMonster promises to make every effort to give you the expected return on the money you put into the DollarMonster system - there may be small charges from other money movement services that you will encounter.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

ALL members agree to adhere to the terms and conditions that DollarMonster prescribes.

All members agree not to advertise in a manner, which would blame, discredit or negatively affect the well-being of DollarMonster. Failure to do so will constitute immediate removal, without notice, from the program.

REFUNDS

Refunds are NOT possible as the money each member pays into the system gets assigned to another program member, thereby making it possible for a return to be paid on the money of other members; however, each time a member buys a position in the DollarMonster system, the money will be tracked over the lifetime of the program - until the member receives back their expected return.

SPAM POLICY

DollarMonster reserves the right to remove a member for spamming. This will remove all other rights in the program, but not their right to receive their investment back, doubled of course.

PRIVACY

DollarMonster will under no circumstances sell, give away or distribute any personal information given by the member.
