PAYMENTS:

Q: What payment processors does DollarMonster accept?

A: DollarMonster currently accepts E-Gold - this payment method allows people to be paid immediately for their promotion efforts. It also reduces the overhead necessary to administer the program because all payments are final with E-Gold.

 

Q: What payment processors will be added?

A: When we find another payment processor that meets our requirements, we will surely adopt it.

 

Q: How do I fund my E-Gold Account - it seems so difficult?

A: E-Gold normally takes more time to fund than other payment processors, because you cannot fund it with a credit card or bank account. This is by design, as credit card and bank account payments can be charged back, leaving E-Gold and/or other participants without their expected received money. E-Gold provides the contact web sites of several providers that fund E-Gold Accounts under FAQs in its Member Area.

 

Q: Do I have to fund my E-Gold Account to participate in DollarMonster?

A: No, you can start promoting DollarMonster immediately upon signing up - so you can start promoting, earning money before you get your E-Gold Account funded - in fact, you can promote DollarMonster, then use the commissions you earn to buy your own DollarMonster positions, never having bought a position with your own money!

Q: I paid, but I don't see the position I bought recorded in the Member Area.

A: If you have a payment submitted that does not reflect in your Member Area, SEND ONLY ONE E-MAIL to support@dollarmonster.com

Include your name, your E-mail on file with us, your Account Identifier, your E-Gold Account Number and the batch number associated with your E-Gold payment - the batch number can be found under the button, "History" in your E-Gold Member Area

Your Payment will be refunded promptly.

 

Q: Is there an automatic purchase of positions?

A: No, not at this time.

 

Q: Is it possible to get a refund?

A: No, as explained in the User Agreement.

 

WITHDRAWALS:

Q: If I choose to make a withdrawal, where is the money sent?

A: Money is always sent to the same type of account, from where you made the purchase, e.g. if you purchase through E-Gold, any earnings will be sent to your E-Gold Account.

Q: How much can we withdraw at any given time?

A: You may request a withdrawal of any part of the total amount of money made available to you in the Member Area - you do NOT have to purchase any positions before you are allowed to withdraw any money.

 

Q: When can I expect to receive the money that I have requested to be withdrawn to my E-Gold account?

A: Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 24-36 hours.

 

Q: If I choose to be paid, where is the money sent?

A: Money is always sent to the same payment account that you made the purchase from, e.g. if you purchase through E-Gold, any earnings will be sent to the E-Gold account of your choice, recorded in the Member Area. Note: if you request that the money be sent to a different account than you used to purchase a position, you will need to confirm that your withdrawal should be going to that account - this could delay the withdrawal 1-2 days.

 

CYCLING QUESTIONS:

Q: How does my money actually double (and cycle)?

A: The following web page was designed to outline how the system works, answering any questions you may have - it is posted on everyone's affiliate web site and is available to read before every purchase in the Member Area.

Q: What has been the range of cycle times?

A: The cycle time has been estimated at 2 days at launch and will be changed as necessary to reflect actual cycling times as near as possible. The goal of our management is to create a long lasting program to assist our members to make a living on-line.

 

Q: Will there be a certain time of the day that doubled amounts will show in my back office (Member Area) or when my withdrawal is sent to my E-Gold Account?

A: No, anytime during the business day - the hour may vary, due to the workload for that day - you will be notifed by E-mail whenever a change to your back office occurs. Generally, positions are cycled and withdrawals are accomplished daily. You are notified that your withdrawal will be processed in 24-36 hours, and then you will be notified that the withdrawal has taken place.

 

Q: My position hasn't cycled yet - what should I do?

A: Probably nothing, other than to tell others about how they can make money with DollarMonster also - the more people participating in DollarMonster, the more quickly your money will be cycled.

Some positions are cycled early, and some later than projected - and during volatile periods, the actual cycle times can be quite different from the projected ones, causing positions to cycle late, for even weeks at a time. However, as soon as enough new positions are purchased by other participants, your position will cycle, exactly as the system is designed to work. If your position does not cycle on time, there is a very good chance that not enough positions were puchased by other participants after your last cycle.

Additionally to note: cycling times are not determined by automation because some checks and balances are necessary to make sure that the system is always working properly.

 

Q: What cycle times can we expect this month?

A: Cycle times will change as necessary, and without notice - please do not buy a position for more than you can afford to do without for a while, as the cycle times in a program like DollarMonster can quickly become longer than projected. We are doing our best to make DollarMonster last forever, but the odds are against us and there are absolutely no guarantees.

 

PROMOTION ACTIVITIES:

Q: Within the Member Area, will I be able to see all of the people I sponsor?

A: Yes you can view all their details under the button, "Referrals" in the Member Area.

 

Q: If I sign someone up today, when do I receive the commission?

A: Your commissions will be made immediately available for withdrawal or to use to buy a new position and will show up in the back office of your account.

 

Q: Do I have to fund my E-Gold Account to promote DollarMonster?

A: No, you can start promoting DollarMonster immediately upon signing up - so you can start promoting, earning money before you get your E-Gold Account funded - in fact, you can promote DollarMonster, then use the commissions you earn to buy your own DollarMonster positions, never having bought a position with your own money!

 

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Q: I cannot log in to the DollarMonster Member Area, or the Member Area isn't working properly when I get in there - what do I do?

A: The following should help most of you with problems accessing our Member Area - there are two problems that need to be addressed:

1) If your Internet Connection or our servers are not working properly, you may have to wait until a later time to access our Member Area.

2) If your local computer's browser is not working properly, the following may help:

a) Delete your temporary Internet files.

b) Close all instances of your Internet Browser, then start your browser.

c) Delete your browser cookies.

d) Restart your computer.

e) Try logging in on a different computer.

f) You cannot have your security and privacy settings be set too high. If you are able to log in, but you get "thrown out" or if nothing happens when you click on a menu item, you probably need to decrease your privacy settings in your browser and/or allow so-called, "Session Cookies" to be saved on your PC while you are logged in. They will be deleted, immediately after leaving our web site.

This pretty much exhausts the possibilities for DollarMonster Staff to assist you. Any or all of the tasks mentioned above may be necessary to fix your problem; otherwise, you might need to hire a computer engineer to assist you.

Q: My referral is having trouble getting signed up for DollarMonster - no confirmation E-mail is being received - what can we do?

A: Our DollarMonster Sign-Up System is fully automatic.

If you don't receive the confirmation E-mail, try the following:

1) Sign up again, with the same E-mail address - maybe something was wrong with our system (or the E-mail system of your E-mail provider) the first time you signed up.

2) Check your bulk/spam E-mail folder - it could have landed in there.

3) Contact your E-mail provider to ask what could have happened to the E-mail - maybe they have very stringent spam controls installed on it.

4) Use a different E-mail address - Yahoo.com offers free E-mail addresses that are very good.

 

Q: What are the other members doing as far as dealing with the income taxes for the income generated thru DollarMonster?

A: You need to discuss this issue with your own tax accountant/advisor. Per instructions from our legal staff, we cannot give you any tax advice.

 

Q: Can I have more than one account?

A: Yes, each account must have a different E-mail address and Account Identifier.

Q: Can I sign up my family using one computer?

A: Yes, each account will need to use a different E-mail address and will need its own Account Identifier.


Q: Where does the money come from to double my money?

A: From other members purchasing positions in the system, after the time you did.


Q: Is this the same doubler that EasyChairClub made so popular in 2004?

A: Yes, but with many improvements - you'll be happy what you find!

 

Q: What is your relationship to EasyChairClub today?

A: We are in no way affiliated with EasyChairClub, so if you lost money in the doublers EasyChairClub ran in 2004, we do not want to hear about it - we feel that this doubler is much better!
